Our Mother Euro Membership Values

At Mother Euro, we strive to create a space that is safe, inclusive, and welcoming for all our members, their guests, and our team. To maintain this environment, we ask that everyone adheres to the following standards of behavior:

Kindness and Respect

From our very first community forum, Mother Euro has been built on the foundation of inclusivity. We embrace diversity in all its forms—whether it’s gender, race, religion, sexuality, or physicality. We do not tolerate discrimination in any shape or form. We expect our members and guests to honor this principle, considering how their individual beliefs and actions may affect others around them.

Positive Interaction

Respect is at the heart of everything we do. Across our global network, we celebrate stories of kindness, connection, and community. Together, we hold a collective responsibility to foster an environment where racism, sexism, homophobia, or any form of abusive language is strictly prohibited. Our commitment is to create an environment where positive interaction flourishes.

Decent Behavior

Creating a welcoming space relies on a shared understanding of appropriate behavior. We encourage fun, connection, and celebration, but we draw a clear line at over-familiarity or inappropriate conduct. If you engage in disruptive behavior, within the Mother Euro community, we will take the necessary steps to address the situation promptly. The comfort and safety of all members is always our priority.

Mother Euro Trademark Rights

Mother Euro members and their guests are prohibited from using the name, logo, colors, trademarks, service marks, photographs, trade dress, or any other distinctive elements associated with Mother Euro and its affiliates (collectively, the "Mother Euro Marks") without first obtaining explicit, prior written consent from Mother Euro for the specific use.

By agreeing to this, you acknowledge and accept that the Mother Euro Marks are the sole and exclusive property of Mother Euro, its parent company, affiliates, and/or subsidiaries. Members and their guests may not produce, use, or create, or authorize others to do so, any of the Mother Euro Marks for any reason—whether for communications, marketing, advertising, or other promotional materials (including but not limited to brochures, flyers, invitations, and email communications) - without obtaining prior written approval from Mother Euro.

MEMBERSHIP

Your Membership Application

By completing and submitting your application for membership through the Mother Euro website, you agree to be bound by these membership terms.

The Membership Committee reviews applications and makes the final decision on who is accepted as a member of Mother Euro.

You may withdraw your application at any time. If you wish to do so, please contact our membership team at Hello@MotherEuro.com.  If your application is approved, we will confirm your membership by sending a ‘Welcome to Mother Euro’ email. Your annual membership will begin on the date this email is sent.

Proposing New Members

Current members are encouraged to propose new applicants for membership. Application forms can be found at mothereuro.com.

Membership Renewal

Membership is valid for a minimum period of one year, after which it is renewable on an annual basis.

Membership renewals are not automatic and will be reviewed annually by our Membership Behavior Committee. Their decision is final and not subject to appeal.

Membership Database

To maintain an accurate membership record, it is important that we have your current contact details and a photograph of you in our membership database. By becoming a member of Mother Euro, you consent to us holding your personal details and photograph for membership purposes. 

Membership Payment

Upon approval or renewal of your membership, the membership fees are immediately due. By providing us with your payment details, you authorize Mother Euro to charge the membership fees in the requested form upon approval or renewal of your membership. We reserve the right to amend membership fees at any time, and we will notify you in advance of any changes to the fee amount, payment date, or payment frequency.

Failure to pay the annual subscription (or any installment) within one month of the due date will result in the suspension of access to Mother Euro and termination of membership.

Resignation of Your Membership

If you choose to resign from your membership (or if your membership is canceled partway through the year), you will still be responsible for paying the full membership fee for the remainder of the year. Refunds are not typical but may be considered at Mother Euro’s discretion.

Rights and Privileges of Membership

As a member, you are entitled to all the rights and privileges associated with membership, but you have no proprietary rights to the property of Mother Euro. All members are bound by these rules and policies, which are subject to change.

Aspiring Member

Resident Member
Perfect for moms already living abroad, this membership provides exclusive events, local meetups, wellness resources, and a strong support network. Connect with like-minded moms and thrive in your new home with ongoing community engagement and valuable resources.

BEHAVIOR

Non-Poaching and Non-Solicitation

Members agree not to directly or indirectly attempt to solicit or poach other members, partners, or affiliates of Mother Euro for the purpose of engaging in business or personal endeavors that may conflict with the interests of the Club.

Disciplinary Procedure

Any conduct by a member or guest that is deemed harmful to the reputation, integrity, or values of Mother Euro may result in suspension or expulsion of that member or guest. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate, violent, or abusive behavior, as well as sharing confidential information about Mother Euro, its members, or its activities with external media or individuals. An expelled member is not permitted to return to any Mother Euro event as a guest. 

The decision to refund the expelled member’s subscription is at the sole discretion of Mother Euro.

By accepting membership with Mother Euro, every member agrees to adhere to all of the club’s rules, bylaws, and regulations at all times. If Mother Euro determines, at its absolute discretion, that a member’s conduct is contrary to the best interests of the club, Mother Euro may immediately suspend or terminate the member’s membership without providing any specific reason for the action.

In the event that a member is placed under suspension for any reason, Mother Euro reserves the right to charge and collect membership fees during the suspension period, at its discretion.

These rules are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, and members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

MISCELLANEOUS 

Privacy and ConfidentialitY

Member Privacy: Mother Euro values the privacy of its members and will take reasonable steps to protect personal information. Members agree not to disclose the personal or confidential information of other members without express consent.

Mother Euro Information: Members agree that any information or materials provided by the Mother Euro, including event details, Mother Euro strategies, or proprietary content, will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without prior approval.

Liability

No Liability for Events: Mother Euro shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or any other incident occurring at or in connection with any event, activity, or service.

Partner Services: Mother Euro makes no warranties and assumes no liability for the services provided by any of its partners, affiliates, or third-party vendors. Members use such services at their own risk.

Relocation Services: Mother Euro provides relocation services as a courtesy, but makes no guarantees regarding the quality or outcomes of such services. Members acknowledge that they are using these services at their own discretion and risk

Member Actions: Mother Euro takes reasonable steps to ensure the quality and integrity of its members, but will not be held responsible for the actions, behavior, or conduct of individual members, either within or outside of Mother Euro events or activities.

Dispute Resolution

Mediation or Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Membership, or any related matters shall be resolved exclusively through mediation or arbitration, rather than litigation in court.

Mediation/Arbitration Process: In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Waiver of Court Action: Both parties waive their right to file any claim in a court of law and agree to resolve all disputes via the procedures outlined above

AMENDMENTS TO THE HOUSE RULES 

From time to time, Mother Euro may, at its sole discretion, amend these House rules to better serve the interests of our members, guests, and staff. Please be aware that any changes to these rules will apply to all members, effective immediately upon notice. By continuing your membership, you agree to comply with any revised rules.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect
